Recycling in St. Michael is provided by Waste Management. Pickups are every other week and are determined by address. Check the calendar for your specific pick up days.

City Offices Closed | Veterans Day City Offices Closed | Veterans Day
City offices, Crow River Senior Center and the St. Michael Public Library will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025 in observance of Veterans Day. Regular hours will resume on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

The City of St. Michael is happy to announce a partnership with the City of Hanover for residents to dispose of organic recycling. Residents can visit the Hanover City Hall to dispose of organic waste. To gain access to the organics dumpster, please visit Hanover City Hall during open business hours to receive your code to the dumpster which is located behind the Hanover City Hall.
