Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is a detailed, audited report that provides a complete financial picture of the City of St. Michael, Minnesota for a fiscal year complying with the accounting requirements established by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB).
These reports include all funds and activities of the City (the primary government). In addition, this report includes the legally separate St. Michael Economic Development Authority (EDA), which is governed by a separate board. The EDA is reported as a discretely presented component unit of the City.
