Recreation Center Park

Location. 3316 Lander Avenue NE. This 85-acre community park is located on  Lander Avenue NE adjacent to the Crow River. It lies approximately 1/4 mile east of the County Road #19/ 32nd Street NE intersection. The City Hall/Public Works building and Wastewater Treatment Plant are also located adjacent to this park. The park is split into two parts - Upper and Lower.

 

Recreation Center Reservations.  St. Michael residents are allowed reserve the recreational center pavilion, fields and tennis courts for a fee. Visit FYCC here to rent the fields and park shelter at the rec center. 

Upper Recreation Center Park Facilities. The upper portion includes:

  • (1) Adult Softball Field
  • (3) Mid-size Soccer Field
  • Trail
  • Parking Lot

Lower Recreation Center Park Facilities. The lower portion of the park includes:

  • (1) Adult baseball field
  • (2) Adult softball fields
  • BMX track
  • (2) Tennis courts
  • Playground equipment (expanded in 2003)
  • (1) Hockey rink- Rink will be staffed on non-school days from noon-9 p.m. and from 4:30-9 p.m. on days when school is in session. Questions?
