Finished Basement

If you are finishing all or part of your basement, you will be required to provide the following information:

• 2 sets of floor plans at 1/4" = 1 foot scale
• Plans must show egress windows, smoke detectors, and exits
• 1 permit filled out with the signature and phone number of homeowner or person doing the work
