New Home Permit

If you are submitting a permit for a new home, you will be required to provide the following:
  • 2 Certificates of Survey
  • 2 Sets of Plans at 1/4" = 1 foot scale (Plans shall include detail of footings, framing, energy design and cut-away drawings)
  • 2 Energy Calculation Worksheets
  • 2 Heating and Cooling Calculations (gain and loss – must meet ACCA Manual J 8th Addition requirements)
  • 1 Building Permit (including contractor signature and phone number)
