Family Youth Community Connections (FYCC) Director

Family Youth Community Connections (FYCC) is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Family Youth Community Connections (FYCC) Director. FYCC serves the St. Michael-Albertville School District (6,700 students), Cities of St. Michael (Pop. 21,000), and Albertville (Pop. 8,600). Start date Aug. 18, 2025.

Family Youth Community Connections (FYCC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes healthy family, healthy youth, and healthy communities. FYCC believes if we can keep our families healthy, our children will be healthier and our quickly growing communities will stay healthier. They strive to provide safe social outlets for children and families in the St. Michael—Albertville area.

This position is an employee of Family Youth Community Connections, a non-profit organization,
and is not a school district or city employee.

 

Position Description

Plan for and organize FYCC programs and events, supervise FYCC staff, and assist the FYCC governance board with the administration of the program. Detailed position description.


Minimum Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Strong computer skills, efficiency with Microsoft Office; comfort with social media platforms
  • Communication and interpersonal relationship skills necessary
  • Experience in accounting
  • Experience in event planning and organization preferred, local travel with personal vehicle involved.

 

Salary Range

  • $70,000 - $85,000 per year
